Adorable Starla is a complete delight! She came to us as a shy girl and has blossomed as she has learned to trust the volunteers. She is playful and fun and can run really fast. She loves to snuggle in your lap for a nap. Excellent on leash, she would love to be your walking buddy. Starla is a full-grown small girl, weighing just 15 pounds at 3 years old.
