Meet Stephen

Stephen is a 2-year-old Chow Chow who prefers to take things at his own pace. He is still adjusting to the shelter environment and has shown that he can be uncomfortable with close interaction and handling, so he’ll need plenty of space and time to feel secure. Stephen does walk well on leash and would benefit from a patient, understanding adopter who can respect his boundaries and allow trust to develop without rushing him. A calm, consistent approach will be important as Stephen settles in and gets more comfortable with the people around him. Contact us about Stephen today!
