Meet Strike

Meet Strike! Strike is a 3-year-old German Shepherd mix with a friendly personality and a love for treats! He already knows `sit` and enjoys learning, especially when snacks are involved. Like many shelter dogs, Strike can be barrier reactive and may bark or become excited while behind a kennel door or fence. Once the barrier is removed, he may be a little shy at first, but he quickly relaxes and shows his sweet, social side. Strike has not yet been dog tested, so his compatibility with other dogs is still being evaluated. He is currently heartworm positive, but his heartworm treatment is included with his adoption fee to help him get back to full health. Strike is also awaiting his neuter procedure, which will be completed as part of the adoption process.
