Meet Sugar

Sugar is an adorable little white & cream pekingese puppy, born 7/28/26. She has puppy papers to be registered with UABR (United All Breeds Registry.) She was born in a commercial kennel, but she had a navel hernia and developed a fungus at the end of her tail which caused her to lose some hair, so she was rejected by the puppy broker. The breeder had her tail docked short and had the hernia repaired, and Sugar came into rescue. She is a super sweet, friendly, active baby who loves attention. She is microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and wormings, has been dosed with Nexgard Plus for flea, tick & heartworm prevention and has been checked "OK" by 2 different vets. She weighed 4 pounds 7 ounces on 10/21/26. Since she is not old enough to be spayed, she will be placed with a spay contract.
