Meet Sweet Tart
Sweet Tart is a 1-year-old Dachshund mix who tips the scales at just 8.5 pounds. She's a little sweet and a little tart, but that's only because this tiny girl is scared and still figuring out the world around her. She needs an adult-only home, a secure, fenced yard, and a patient adopter who will give her time to decompress, learn about life as a family dog, and discover what it means to be loved. A confident canine companion may help her adjust, too. Sweet Tart needs someone willing to let her blossom at her own pace and show her that life can be pretty sweet. Her adoption fee is $300, plus a $15 rabies registration fee for McLean County residents if she is 4 months or older. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
