Meet Texas

Texas is a young neutered Labrador Retriever ready to ride into his foreverhome. This affectionate, easygoing guy is happy to meet new people and isalways ready to see what fun adventures are waiting around the corner. Texas is friendly, easy to handle, and loves attention from his people. Hecomes running when called-even from across the yard when he hears a whistle! He`s a guy who wants to be included and is eager to spend time with hishumans. Texas is interested in treats but hasn`t learned his `sit` just yet. Withhis happy attitude and willingness to please, he`s ready to start histraining journey and show off his smart Lab skills. Texas could use some practice with his leash manners. He can be a littleerratic and may circle around while walking, but he doesn`t pull hard and isready to learn with some guidance. He was very interested in a cat he saw,pulling toward him and barking, so any future feline friends should beintroduced carefully. Toys are still a bit of a mystery to Texas-he hasn`t quite figured out whatall the excitement is about yet! With a little encouragement, he maydiscover the joy of playing.
