Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION: Tigger is an almost eight-year-old male Chihuahua mix, about 10 lbs. He is sweet as can be, great with other small dogs & cats. His special need is that he has chronic skin issues that are a challenge BUT, we have discovered one huge thing - he seems to be allergic to chicken! If we keep him off of any foods/treats with chicken, his skin settles right down. So that means actually reading ingredient lists as we gave him treats labeled clearly as BEEF and then looked and Chicken was the 1st ingredient yet NO beef anywhere (yes his skin flared up a bit). This little guy is in our office enjoying the good life so not in our kennels. He is a wonderful little dog but please talk to your Vet as skin issues can be very frustrating and can entail routine trips to the Vet so something to deal with realistically and financially. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more.
