Meet Tilly

Little Tilly has had a rough go recently and is looking for the perfect forever home. Despite sustaining life threatening injuries from being attacked by another dog in the home, she gets along really well with all dogs and people she meets. While on the small side, she is all Boston Terrier. She loves to thrash her toys around, play a vigorous game of tug-o-war, and chew. Her favorite pastime is keeping the local squirrels in check. She needs a terrier savvy home with a fenced area to run and would do best with another dog(s) that is close to her size & likes to play a little rough. Not recommended for small children - she is mouthy and will accidentally nip a finger while playing. She’s working on this & is very responsive to being told no. It’s just hard when playing with fun toys. Due to the trauma she’s been through, she is relearning potty training. She’s improving daily & usually lets her foster mom know when she needs to go out. She just needs consistency. Tilly is still a little scared of the dog door, but is starting to copy the other pups in the house. She LOVES to be out in the yard, but is scared to leave the gate or go on walks. She’ll need a human who will work with her on regaining confidence. She is crate trained, but is also good alone in the house for a short period (she will relocate your shoes though bc she wants to be near your scent). She’s the cutest little gremlin that will make a Boston Terrier lover very, very happy. In between bursts of energy, she wants to snuggle - preferably on a pillow right next to you.
