He is appropriately gaining weight. He has some eye issues: Bilateral corneal opacities noted. Large sections of dorsal cornea OU, smaller section of lateral cornea OS. Corneal scarring OU: Resolved corneal ulcers. Current opacities appear to be stable scar tissue and are not causing any apparent visual deficits or discomfort. Seborrhea: The excessive scaling of the skin is likely secondary to his previous poor condition and should improved with continued nutritional support.
