His outgoing personality leads the way, and he interacts well with other dogs, children and adults. He could easily be the neighborhood greeter. He has not been introduced to cats since coming into rescue. His relationship with a cat remains an unknown. Toby will do well with an active family that can provide him with adequate daily exercise to work off his energy. He is a big fan of playtime.
