Meet Trix

If you're looking for an athletic, energetic, playful pup, Trix -- a 9-month-old wirehaired fox terrier -- might be a good match for you. Part dog, part mountain goat, Trix is more fun than a barrel of monkeys -- and sometimes just as crazy! He's full of puppy energy, so be prepared for plenty of zoomies. But, like most youngsters, once he's tired himself out, he's ready to snuggle. Sometimes he'll sit next to you and put his head in your lap. Sometimes he puts his whole self in your lap! Don't worry - he only weighs about 20 pounds, so he's not too big to hold. Trix is smart -- terriers usually are -- so he needs someone who will put all that intelligence and energy to good use. Agility training would be right up his alley; he certainly has the athletic skills and the intelligence for it! He'd also be happy with a family with kids who can match his energy level or someone who enjoys long walks, hiking, and similar adventures. A fenced yard where he can run freely between adventures is a must for this pup. If zoomies, laughs and snuggles sound like your kind of fun, Trix is ready to meet you!
