Meet Troy — a spunky young husky who is ready to bring everything you love about the breed into your life. Talkative? Absolutely. Obsessed with water? Yes. Ready to run? Always. If you know and love huskies, Troy is your guy. At his best, Troy is an absolute joy — romping through playgroup with other dogs, charming every person he meets, and filling a home with personality and noise (the good kind). He's affectionate, fun-loving, and thrives with canine company, though he's a little selective about his friends. Troy is working on his reactivity to other dogs on leash and behind a fence, so he'll need an experienced home that understands the breed and can give him the structure and patience to keep making progress. A wrestling buddy at home could be a dream scenario for this guy. Shelter life is starting to wear on him — he's losing weight and showing stress, which is why he's been added to our urgent list. Troy deserves so much better than a kennel, and we know the right home is out there for him.
