Meet Whisky

Whisky is a sweet red and white smooth coat that was likely dumped by the same breeder that had previously abandoned several other BCSAVE alumni (BB, CeeCee, DD, Echo, Sally and Nick). He was very shy/shut down when he first came into his foster home, but has made many advances in the last 4 months. He now walks very well on a leash, and is crate trained and house trained. He is still shy when meeting strangers but will approach if you sit or lay with him and loves to play and wrestle ("grab that mouth" is his favorite game to play in the morning). Whisky has learned many commands and will happily jump into the car for a ride. He has pretty good recall, loves the outdoors and will run and do zoomies around the yard. He LOVES dogs of any kind and loves to play chase. He is good with baths and loves a good bully stick to chew on. Like all his predecessors, this sweet boy has had a very rough and neglected start to life but is loving and intelligent and is growing to be a great companion with love and patience.
