Meet Yoshi

My name is Yoshi, and it is just SUPER to meet you! Perhaps you have already noticed, but I am what the humans call a `tripod.` Tragically, before I arrived at MCAS, I was shot. The medical staff here helped me recover, but unfortunately, my injury did require a leg amputation. I am adapting to this new tripod life, but I have not let it get me down - literally! Even though I'm a younger guy, I am wickedly smart, so smart that I actually know how to open lever door handles - even with three legs! Because I'm so smart, I believe teaching me the basics will be a breeze. I have been around other dogs previously and don't think I would mind canine companionship again. I have been through so much in my first year of life, but I know there is a beautiful, bright future awaiting me. I hope it's with you! Let's meet!
