Meet Zayden

Meet Zayden, a 2-year-old male Pit Bull mix who has two speeds: GO and “Wait, are we still going?!” This energetic guy loves to run, chase balls and toys, and proudly carry his treasures around like he just won the championship trophy. Zayden is friendly, affectionate, and a total people pup. He leans in for pets, comes when called, loves booty scratches, and takes treats gently. He can also be calm and appropriate around friendly dogs. However, if another dog gets reactive, Zayden may decide to join the conversation, so a meet and greet with other dogs is recommended to make sure everyone is a good match. On leash, Zayden has some serious opinions about where you should be going and can pull hard, but a harness works well and gives his person much better control. He would benefit from a training class to help turn all that enthusiasm into excellent manners. If you’re looking for an active, affectionate dog who can keep up on adventures, chase a ball, carry his favorite toys around, and provide an endless supply of booty-scratch requests, Zayden may be your guy!
