Meet Clover

Hi there! My name is Clover. My foster family tells me I am an absolute gift and honestly the easiest puppy they have ever raised! I recently had surgery, so right now I’m focused on resting, healing, and discovering how wonderful life can be. Just last week, I discovered the joy of chewing on bones, and let me tell you, I'm a big fan! My foster family says they are just starting to see my spunky, playful puppy side peek through as I recover. I am a very calm, easygoing, and curious girl. Because I am a sensitive soul, it takes me several days to warm up to new people, and I get pretty nervous at the vet (I mean, who wouldn’t?!?). But once I know I am safe, I love being near my people! I will likely want to keep you in my sight while we bond, but I also really appreciate my quiet time and know how to settle down beautifully. When bedtime rolls around, I happily sleep all night long in my playpen! The big crate makes me a little nervous from my past, so my foster family has been letting me enjoy my meals and snacks there to show me it's a safe space, but a playpen setup is my favorite for now. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and have a very gentle soul. I'm also proud to report that I am already an absolute star with my house-training and have very few accidents in the house!
