Meet Conner

Entry: Stray Conner was brought in after being abandoned and chained up outside.. He came in with multiple wounds on his head from what seems to have been a dog fight.. He couldn't really defend himself nor run while being chained up.. He is still in good spirits, he is a little shy but this boy is sweet!!! Serious face but really nothing serious about our friendly, engaging boy Conner! Conner is such a good dog who has been super patient. Arriving with fresh wounds all over his body (esp around his head), this poor guy was abandoned on a tie out and left to the mercy of other dogs who came to pick on him. Poor guy! Conner does not wish nor want your sympathy though. He just wants some love and to be part of the action, fun and games. Conner is a lively, social fellow who could not wait to make new friends during photo time. He met a male and female with no issues but is a bit over eager in his approach so he'll need some guidance in this area. He just wanted to make friends but he's pretty direct so we limited his time to leash walking only with other dogs. Conner is a very appealing guy with his square jaw line and big, brown eager eyes! That slight head tilting during photo time was just adorable! It's taken some time for Conner to get better but he's healthy and happy now and would love to meet his new family. If having a social, interactive doggy who just wants to please you sounds like your kind of companion pet, do yourself a favor and check out handsome Conner today.
