Meet Jett

WHO’S READY FOR A PARTY? JETT IS! Meet Jett, the resilient little fun-sized pocket rocket who is officially ready to find her forever family! At less than a year old, this gorgeous girl is fully vetted, absolutely full of life, and weighs a perfectly portable 35 pounds. Jett had a bit of a rough start to life, which resulted in having her left eye removed. But if you think that slows her down for even a second, think again! She is a perpetual optimist who sees the world as one giant playground. She doesn’t let anything hold her back and is always the first one to say "Yes!" to an adventure. Jett’s Ultimate Checklist: • Adventure Buddy Pro: She rides like an absolute dream in vehicles, making her the perfect co-pilot for road trips, hiking trails, or errand runs. • Professional Bug & Toad Tracker: Jett has an adorable, playful curiosity. She loves nothing more than chasing bugs in the grass and hunting for neighborhood toads. • Toy Enthusiast: She loves playing with her toys and knows exactly how to keep herself entertained. • Excellent House Manners: She is completely kennel trained and does beautifully on a tie-out when it's time to go potty. • Dog Friendly: She does great with other canine companions who can match her fun, loving energy! Jett’s "Hard No's": Because Jett has a strong, playful prey drive, cats and free-range chickens are a strict "no" for her future home. Jett is being cared for by the wonderful team at Friends of Macon County Missouri Animals. She has put her past behind her and is completely focused on finding a family to love. Could it be yours? Ready to make Jett a permanent part of your party? • Apply online: Head over to fmcma.org to submit your adoption application! • Get in touch: Reach out directly to Tiffany Collins or Leesa King for more details or to schedule a meet-and-greet.
