Meet Puppy Dottie

Dottie is a Chocolate and White female puppy who is a spunky and loving girl who wants only to be near her foster mom everywhere she goes. Born to a beautiful, homeless Golden Retriever mix momma named Honey, Dottie was part of a litter of 8 puppies soon became a rumor of desertion and abandonment in a small town rural area of Tennessee. Their momma Honey was known to travel the roadside looking for food and sustenance and people talked of her puppies being located in a wooded area and roaming. A kind single mom with 2 children of her own and working two jobs, heard the rumor, and went looking for this desperate little family. She found momma Honey and her brood living under a flat bed trailer at the edge of a wooded area. We have the pictures and video. Rescue foster mom, Kayla, took them home and soon a search was started to find help from a rescue group that could secure homes and vetting assistance for this large family. Critter Cavalry stepped up even though this foster family were 3.5 hours away. Everyone made it work. Dottie is a pretty girl who will one day be a 55-60 pounds girl with the sweetest face that is accented and remembered for her deeply green eyes and chocolate polka dots and freckles. She is fun loving and wants to be in the middle of the party action when her siblings are having too much fun. She is an observant girl that is sensitive and loves to know what is going on all around her at all times. She is very bright and an active girl that is engaged and ready to have all the fun she can in life. A wonderful girl who will be your greatest cuddle companion as you grab a bowl of Popcorn and turn on your favorite TV shows to binge on for a weekend of getting lost from all the cares of the world, Dottie is there for you and will be your favorite Mini ME as she mirrors the mood and energy level of her new owner and family. She is destined to be a 50-55 pound girl but will always be a puppy who is eager to learn and easy going with her attitude toward life. She has the most beautiful green eyes and the softest skin that is so ready to be stroked and petted. She is growing and she will be a perfect family companion as she is displays her easy nature at all the right times in life. Not one aggressive bone in her body. Dottie has been around young children and great and also has been around a small cat as well and did well. She is a chameleon in life. She will adjust and fit right in wherever she is planted.
