Meet Rusty
To adopt please fill out an adoption Application Be sure to watch his video! Rusty is a 10 month old male purebred AKC golden retriever who was surrendered by his owner in Arkansas. Friendly, well socialized, never meets a stranger. Rusty lives in the house with his foster family where he's lovingly cared for while awaiting his forever home. He’s still a big puppy… happy, active, playful! Rusty has grown up around kids and was very gentle with the young children in his original family. Great with other dogs and coexists happily with the 2 dogs in his foster home. Not cat tested, but he’s so gentle and sweet that he could never be aggressive. Housebroken but never crated because he doesn’t need to be, he’s not a bit chewy and never bothers anything in the house. Rusty is doing fair on the leash, we’re still working on it. AKC registration. DOB is 12-12-25. Rusty is a smaller golden, weighing about 55 pounds. Healthy, altered and utd on shots. This is an AWESOME young dog with a happy, loving temperament who will make a great companion for a family who loves the breed.
