About adopting a Boxer
The Boxer earned its name from the way it uses its front paws in play, and a young one in a shelter will demonstrate this the moment you step into the kennel. Bouncy, clownish, and devoted, Boxers stay puppyish well into adulthood and need people who find that charming rather than exhausting.
Exercise for a Boxer under a few years old means daily running or vigorous play, not just a stroll, and they are prone to zoomies at unpredictable moments.
