Blue Boy had a rough start to life. He lived at a house with multiple dogs and was chained up to a tree. Not much love or attention was given to him. Since being at the rescue, he has been enjoying pets and taking walks. He seems to not believe that he has regular meals and kind words spoken to him. He doesn't have to defend himself against other dogs. Blue Boy is looking for a patient human who will show him nothing but love and kindness. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Blue Boy's adoption fee is $275.
