Sweet dog Emma needs a family to help her blossom

Emma, a 2-year-old Portuguese Podengo, is currently at the Taunton Animal Care Facility, waiting for a loving family to adopt her. She is described as sweet and affectionate, though she may be shy when meeting new people. With time, she warms up and shows her gentle and curious nature. Emma enjoys walks and playing with other dogs at the shelter, like her friend Sadie. She would benefit from continued training and socialization in a new home.
