Thor finds forever home in Wisconsin after nearly 300 days at Palm Beach County shelter

Thor, a 3-year-old dog, spent nearly 300 days at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, making him the longest-residing dog at the shelter. His story gained attention after a video of him in his kennel was shared on social media. This led to a couple from Wisconsin expressing their desire to adopt him. Thanks to the efforts of Wendy Cristantiello Haddeland from Lady Luck Animal Rescue, Thor was able to travel over 1,000 miles to his new home in Madison, Wisconsin. The journey was facilitated by Ed Morse Automotive Group and Arrow Jets, who provided the necessary support for Thor's flight. Wendy emphasizes the importance of considering shelter dogs for adoption, highlighting that there are many deserving dogs like Thor waiting for their forever homes.
